CA Application Performance Management (APM / Wily / Introscope)

Issue/Introduction

We installed APM 10.7 and the performance metrics were reporting fine. But for Siteminder metrics, when we installed APM 13.2.04 , we could see http process is not coming up in the webserver.

CA APM installation went fine but http process was not coming up in the server. When we reverted the apm install, process came up fine.  PFB the error details.
