Issue/Introduction

The customer has one site server, that we know of, that is unable to download the ghost image.  When the download is attempted customer receives an Error while downloading the package: The snapshot received does not correspond to the signature.

Cause

Improperly imported image or package

Resolution

In this particular situation, the problem was with an image .GHO file.  The image was exported and imported incorrectly.  The proper way to import the image to the SMP server is to use the Deployment Solution Resource Import Tool.  You can find information on how to do this at the following location:  Importing Images Using Resource Import Tool
