Issue/Introduction

The jobs stays in status: Waiting for the host of an AgentGroup

Environment

Component:  : CA Automic Workload Automation - Automation Engine

Release: 12.3.x, 21.x

Cause

The agent is not defined to be used in the target Client. 

Resolution

Please make sure that the agent is defined to be used in the target Client(ex: Client 100). From Client 0-> Administration->Agents & Groups-> Open the agent-> Check the Read, Write, Execute as shown below.
