Issue/Introduction

Authentication is failing from IM to Jasper.  Getting Report server connection error " Canot establish connection succeddfully. 

The QUAL log file shows the following error when I try to test connectivity:

Environment

Release :  Vapp Identity Manager 14.4 CP2 

                 Jasper 8.1

Cause

This is due to the user was manually created

Resolution

Make sure jks sync up on both Vapp and Jasper and pick up a new user during Jasper connection screen
