Tooltip hover bubble does not display for Rich Text fields in Chrome

Issue/Introduction

The Tool Tip is not populating the information for one particular section in CHROME Browser. When tested in a different browser ( BRAVE) it is working as expected. Clarity Version is 16.1.1.  Chrome Browser  I have tested is 115. x which is compatible with the 16.1.x tech doc.

Release : 16.1.1

Resolution

The Rich Text tool tip bubble does not display on hover issue appears to be in both Clarity 16.1.1 and 16.1.1 patch 1 versions. Unfortunately due to PM policy, the 16.1.1 line doesn't receive any further patch requests. In the current GA 16.1.2 version the issue is not present in Chrome. In this scenario only way to get the issue resolved is upgrade to a fixed version in this case upgrading to 16.1.2 should resolve the issue.

Large String - Rich Text Formatting (RTF) component - Clarity’s Large String - Rich Text Formatting (RTF) attribute has been updated to use the same tooling as Rally and is being consumed in the Grid, Fly-out, Canvas, and Properties pages. This enhancement provides a modern experience for Clarity users and a consistent experience for users who work in Clarity and Rally.
