Rate Matrix Update in bulk for existing cost plans

Issue/Introduction

We are looking to figure out how the existing cost plans can be updated without having to manually go to each cost plan and populating from allocations.

Environment

Release : 16.1.2

Resolution

There is no OOTB way to have cost plans update automatically if the rates in the matrix have been updated.

However, you can use a script to update automatically, but will require the developer engagement.
