Issue/Introduction

IDM servers are getting hung threads and do not launch any tasks

 

Environment

Release :  Identity Manager 14.4

                 WebSphere 8.5.x

                  Windows 2019

                  MSSQL 2019 Enterprise Edition

Cause

Environment issue.

Resolution

Due to databases reindexing
