Issue/Introduction

Can't start DX server and this is logged in the dx log files:

Cannot register address

Environment

Release : 17.3

Resolution

This happens if the EIAM machine ip address changes.

Edit smps.dxc file in %DXHOME%\config\knowledge folder "address" parameter to set the right ip address , save and then start DX server
