Error IEC143I 213-04 from BC1PPKGC

Issue/Introduction

While running the Package Analyzer program BC1PPKGC, the job abends with error IEC143I 213-04.

iprfx.iqual.iqual2.PACKAGE.NEW                                     

Environment

Release : All Supported Releases

Resolution

The analyzer step was being run against the newly created VSAM file and is designed to be run with the sequential file created in the prior Repro step.  Running against the sequential file was successful.
