Clearing Baseline Engine Cache is not removing AWS template Cache

Issue/Introduction

In order to make changes to the AWS templates we have to clear the baseline engines cache as discovered in an older ticket. However now this is no longer working, so when I try to make a change and use a new AWS template the old metrics from the older template are still turned on and over taking the new.

Release : 20.4
Component: aws, baseline_engine

Resolution

-stop ppm on the hub the robot reports to
-remove all files from the following directories

..ppm/adapterlib
..ppm/cache

-actiivate ppm
-clear browser cache on the browser you are using
-open and configure probe in AC
