When the Aion IDE is creating/saving an .app file, the value for the #LibOwner tag is set.
Where does this value come from?
Can it be changed?

Resolution
#LibOwner is taken from the Username of the Windows System.
The owner property is set when Aion is installed. It is not specified in the IDE.
It can be changed with Winsows RegEdit -
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\
UserName (value data)- can be changed, then #LibOwner will be changed on the new creation of Aion App.
