Issue/Introduction

Users executing the Smart/restart jobs  are facing below error-

DCA061E - RRSAF error : Return code 00000008 Reason code 00F30049

 SRS025E - SQLCODE = -3 following RMI call referencing SRS synchronization data

SRSI116E - An attempt to INSERT a RM row has failed>

Environment

Release : 20.1

Resolution

This failure is from SPICE. 

SPICE is a non Broadcom restart manager. 
To use  SPICE  application programs are programmed specifically to call it. 

Smart/RESTART is also an application restart manager. 
Both cannot be run at the same time because they will be competing for control. 

So to test Smart/RESTART with this application it will first have to be modified to remove SPICE.
