CA Threat Analytics for PAM

Issue/Introduction

As part of the Threat Analytics deployment, one of the steps is to upload a JKS file to the Threat Analytics servers in the https://<TAPFQDN>:3000/ Security page. When attempting to upload the file, or make any changes on that page, the following error occurs.

"Could not write admin_app.conf file: Permission denied - /usr/local/interlock/config/nginx/admin_app.conf"

Environment

Threat Analytics 2.3.0

Cause

There are two new configuration files for Threat Analytics 2.3.0 which have improper file permissions.

Resolution

Please open a support case for a PAM support engineer to update the configuration files on the Threat Analytics appliance.

Additional Information

For more information about configuring the TAP appliance, refer to the Set Up the SSL Settings section of the documentation.
