Issue/Introduction

A Rich-Text Field (RTF) defined on the Investment object is generating an error in the cross-object (oba) workspace grids, such as in the To Dos Workspace when the field is added to the column configuration. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

  1. Login as the Clarity administrator and navigate to Classic Administration, Studio: Objects 
  2. On the 'Investment' object, create a new Rich-Text field (Attribute Name = invrtf) and set an API Attribute ID 
  3. Navigate to Clarity To Dos Workspace, 'Investments' tab 
  4. Add the new field 'invrtf' to the column configuration

    

Expected Results: Grid should load the data with the Investment RTF attribute configured as a column in the grid. 

Actual Results: Grid is not loading the data and giving the error - 'API-1005: Attribute(s) 'investments__a_invrtf_plaintext' specified in query parameters are not supported or secured'. 

Workaround: None.
