Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) クライアントで、検疫からファイルを復元するオプションがグレーアウトされていて復元できない。

Resolution

このオプションを解除するには、Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) のウイルスとスパイウェア対策ポリシーで [拡張オプション] - [検疫] - [全般] タブ - [ユーザに検疫ファイルの管理を許可する] を有効にします。
