Error with agent PHP report Uknown

Issue/Introduction
After configuring the Agent, it reports into the EM as "unknown".
Environment
Release : 10.8
Resolution
The agent is unable to pick up the hostname from the OS.
Please add the following line to your IntroscopeAgent.profile to manually setup the hostname
introscope.agent.hostName=
Example: introscope.agent.hostName=myhost
After making the changes, please restart the agent.
