Users are not allowed to cancel unless justification is provided

Issue/Introduction

Regarding the endpoint response rule pop-up, users are not allowed to cancel unless justification is provided.

When you, as the endpoint user, receive the user justification prompt, you want to be able to click on "Cancel" without selecting the radio button and entering a response.

Resolution

A feature request to add this functionality has been submitted.
