Safari: When bulk editing, drop downs and date picker options are being cut off

Issue/Introduction

When using the Safari browser, on the Bulk Edit Modal, when the user clicks into a date field, the calendar is cut-off or not showing outside of the limited height of the top row where the edit row is used to enter the data to be applied to the rows selected. This happens for Lookup fields too as it also has a pop-over to select a value. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Go to any workspace grid such as the Projects grid 
2. Add a Lookup field and a Date field to the columns configuration layout 
3. Select multiple rows and click the 'Edit' button to open the bulk edit modal 
4. Attempt to select a value from the Lookup dropdown or to pick a date from the Calendar popup 

    

    

Expected Results: Lookup dropdown option and date picker options are visible. 

Actual Results: Lookup dropdrop option and date picker options are cut off. 

Workaround: None.

Cause

This is resolved in 16.2.0 and 16.1.3.2. This was originally tracked as DE77175
