Issue/Introduction

Need additional definition information about the sizing/definitions of the Coupling Facility with default ALLOWAUTO(NO).  

STRUCTURE     NAME(CADBT_LVLSET_001)                
          SIZE(12M)                           
          MINSIZE (12M)                         
          INITSIZE (12M)                        
          ENFORCEORDER(YES)                   
          PREFLIST(TESTCF2,TESTCF1,MTESTCF4)   

PERF and MVS teams has a rule of thumb are suggesting 12M for all three of them as above. We believe 8M would be  allow this structure to grow any bigger than 8M as coded Kindly provide your recommendation.
