CWP-S Super Administrator cannot see Domains on Settings in the default domain

- Within the default domain, collect screenshots showing that the Domains widget does not appear when logged in with an account with the Super Administrator role.
- Also, collect a screenshot showing that the same account shows "No data to display" when the Settings>Users is displayed.
- File a support case.
- After Engineering resolves the issue, navigate to Settings to confirm the Domains widget appears. Also, check on Settings> Users to confirm that the Super Administrator account can view accounts now.
- Add the Super Administrator role to other accounts to prevent future lockout incidents.
