E2E_Appmon version 3.0.1 probe update fail | "Installation of section NimRecorder64 failed"

Issue/Introduction

Unable to fresh install e2ev 3.01 probe or upgrade an existing version.

"Installation of section NimRecorder64 failed"

Environment

Release : 20.4

Resolution

looking at the controler.log we seen the below error

Aug  4 14:32:59:114 [5504] 0 Controller: inst_file_next: Unable to append to file robot/pkg/temp/nimrecorder7.2.65.exe.tmp 

we deployed the below packages
vs2017_vcredist_x64
vs2017_vcredist_x86

then restarted the robot then activated the probe which get port and pid and confirmed the probe is active and working.
