Regarding our Cabi server, under the Jaspersoft URL, the custom reports pop-up an error message again when I am attempting to create and save a report for a timeline.
In the past, I had raised a similar case that your colleagues in collaboration with Jaspersoft's engineer had suggested to me to proceed and upgrade Nimbus to v.20.4 CU8 (currently it operates with CU5) and cabi probe to version 8 (already upgraded).
The vendor's engineers had partially resolved the issue and at least I could have a view of the reports through the CABI's web interface. Now I am facing again the same pop-up error message even for a very short selected timeslot:
"There was an error on the server. Try again or contact site administrators."
Erro in jaspersoft.log
Out of disk space for tempdb:
Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: [TibcoSoftware][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Could not allocate a new page for database 'tempdb' because of insufficient disk space in filegroup 'PRIMARY'. Create the necessary space by dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.
Contact your DBA to assist in shrinking the tempdb.
In this case, the tempdb issue was resolved and the error was only temporary.
