MUX - Staffing Module Shows Wrong Team Members

Issue/Introduction

When viewing the Team details through the Staffing module, people who are not a member of the team display

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Create a Team, add any number of members
2. Create a Project and add the Team to the Staff
3. Access the Staffing module, view "Allocations by Investment"
4. Find the project, expand it and select the Team that was added. Then View the Details of the Team.
5. On the fly-out go to "Team"

Expected Results: 

It should display only the members of the team

Actual Results:

Additional users who are not in the team also display

NOTE: If you view the Team members details by going into the Project's "Staff" details, that displays the team members correctly.

Release : 16.1.2

Resolution

Changes to the Staffing module in 16.1.3 will prevent this problem from occurring.
