Plan grid, group by using Parent is only showing None option

Issue/Introduction

Within a Plan, when using the Parent field as a 'Group By' field, it is only showing the 'None' option. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to the 'Plans' Workspace Grid 
2. Create a new Plan hierarchy or check if there are existing Plans that are part of a hierarchy of plans with at least 3 levels (these plans will have a value in the 'Parent' field) 
   • Example: Plan 1 (no parent) --> Plan 2 (parent = Plan 1) --> Plan 3 (parent = Plan 2) 
3. Group By the 'Parent' field 

Expected Results: All Parent values with data should appear as grouping values. It should show groupings for None, Plan 1, Plan 2.  

Actual Results: The only grouping shown is 'None'. 

Workaround: None.
