Issue/Introduction

After successfully installing SMART/RESTART, SMART/RRSAF was selected with the assumption of being different product but it's the same FMID that is being installed.

1-How should both products be installed?

2-Why are there different download options, one for RESTART and other for RRSAF?

Resolution

Smart/Restart includes Smart/RRSAF and they are delivered in the same FMID.

If Smart/RRSAF is purchased as a standalone product the download still consists of the same base FMID. However, the configuration is much simpler, and the Smart/Restart functionality is not activated by the Smart/RRSAF license.
