How to upgrade from APM 10.7 to the current version

Issue/Introduction
Recently I opened a ticket and your tech told me the version 10.7 of APM wily was going to be not supported after December 2023.
I would like to know what is the current version supported by Broadcom, where I can find the file for upgrading from version 10.7 to current version, and the steps to accomplish all that.
Environment
Release : 10.7.0
Resolution
1. 10.7 can only be upgraded to 10.8. There is no migration path from 10.x to 23.x.
2. To upgrade from 10.7 to 10.8, you must be at HF level 84, which is post SP3. If you require HF 84, please contact Broadcom Support.

Additional Information
Currently there is no EOL and EOS date for 10.8. When we do announce it, it will be up on our support site as well as in the Lifecycle site (please bookmark link below).
As for moving past 10.7/10.8 to 23.x (23.2 is latest as of this writing), there is no upgrade that is supported and we have it documented in our link below. The major reason is that the 2X.X series uses Docker and Kubernetes or Openshift. This is a very big change and there is no clear upgrade path.
We also have our SaaS version of the 2X.X series as well. This is where we host the EM's and you point your Agents to your SaaS tenant.
