Delete benefit plans associated with an approved budget plan

Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to delete benefit plans associated with an approved budget plan? The following error is obtained when this is attempted:

Cannot be deleted as it is associated with another Budget plan

Resolution

Benefit Plans associated with approved Budget Plans cannot be deleted. But rows within a Benefit Plan can be deleted.
