By default, the DLP Chrome browser extension should get installed as part of the DLP agent installation as long as there are no issues with Local GPO on the system or with accessing the Chrome Webstore. Customer reported that the Chrome browser extension is not getting installed automatically in their environment.
For testing purpose, they tried to manually add the extension to Chrome by clicking the "Add to Chrome" button. They get the below error message.

The issue occurs due to some restrictions on the proxy/firewall for the DLP extension URL.
Whitelist the DLP extension URLs for Chrome webstore on the proxy/firewall.
