Issue/Introduction

DLP SMTP incident not displaying message body correctly and instead displaying something gibberish. 

Environment

Release: DLP 15.8, 16.0

Cause

Upon investigation, we found that DLP received the email in an encrypted format.

Resolution

DLP can only display email bodies in plain text when received in a non-encrypted format. Unfortunately, encrypted emails cannot be decrypted and shown by DLP.
