Issue/Introduction

Audit is not respecting user's selected Unit of Measurement (UOM). Currently, the Assignment Object > ETC scalar attribute value displays in seconds. 

  1. There is an issue related to the ETC attribute for the Assignment Object 
  2. When the available (scalar) ETC attribute is enabled, the audit values are displayed in seconds 
  3. Audit is not respecting user's selected UOM
  4. Currently, the Assignment Object > ETC scalar attribute value displays in seconds (see image 1 below)
  5. The Classic user has a single Assignment > ETC (scalar) attribute available to enable for Audit (see image 2 below)

Expected Results: The ETC Total value should display in the UOM selected by the user. 

Actual Results: The ETC Total value is stored in the database as seconds and it is not getting converted to the user's general settings for UOM.
