"Access Denied" error accessing Dollar Universe v5 from the Universal Console (UVC)

Issue/Introduction

Accessing Dollar Universe v5.x from the Univiewer Console(v6.x or v7.x) gives an access denied error as below:

Error message:

The access is denied, usually due to security constraints or license restrictions.User: <username>. The access is denied because the user is not declared on the server on a given environment. 

Environment

Component: Dollar Universe Application Server

Release : 5.x,6.x,7.x

Cause

The user used to log in via the Univiewer Console(UVC) does not exist on the target Dollar Universe v5.x

Resolution

Please create local Dollar Universe user (ex. univa) on Univiewer Management Server(UVMS) with Administrator rights and use the univa user to login via UVC. Please note that it is mandatory to create a UVMS user that exits on Dollar Universe Application server.
