Issue/Introduction

We are unable to find the SNMP profile in the SNMP Collector. Kindly help us to recover the profile asap.

Environment

Component: snmpcollector

Resolution

Profiles are now displaying.

If there was a delay, or profiles appeared to be missing at some point, increase java min/max memory configured in the snmpcollector probe to at least 2048 min and 4096 max.

  1. Deactivate snmpcollector
  2. Activate snmpcollector
  3. Check again
