Pending Actuals not updated after timesheet got posted

Issue/Introduction

Thousands of timesheets have been posted and the Actuals value is correct at the assignment level, however, in some cases, the corresponding Pending Actuals value has not been zeroed out as we would expect. 

How can we sync the Pending Actuals value of the broken assignments?

Environment

Clarity PPM 16.1.0

Resolution

Adjust the timesheet that posted the actuals and should have zeroed the Pending Actuals value.

After reposting the timesheet, the Pending Actuals value will be set appropriately
