SEP for Mac のネットワークコンテンツフィルタリングの設定が完了しない

Issue/Introduction
MacOS 10.15.x に SEP for Mac をインストール後、システム拡張設定のネットワークコンテンツフィルタリングの許可のためのダイアログが表示されない。
設定が完了しないため、再起動するごとに再度設定画面が表示される。どのように対処すればよいか。
処理の際のログ出力は以下の状況

Cause
SIP（システム整合性保護）が無効となっている環境で発生
Resolution
SEP for Mac のシステム拡張設定を完了させるために SIP を有効にしてネットワークコンテンツフィルタリングの [許可] を実施して設定を完了してください。
