Issue/Introduction

When deploying Jamf MDM profiles to grant Full Disk Access (FDA) to EDPA and SEHA on macOS, EDPA and SEHA may not appear in the System Preferences' FDA list.

Environment

Release: DLP 15.8, 16.0

Resolution

EDPA and SEHA may not appear in the System Preferences' FDA list. However, the permissions are correctly applied, and the DLP Agent functions as intended. This is a known behavior.

To ensure the DLP agent is functioning normally, make sure that both EDPA and SEHA are running in Activity Monitor, and conduct tests on various channels to confirm that incidents are being triggered.
