Issue/Introduction

Dates/Times are consistently skewed (incorrectly displayed) in reports generated from the Reporter.

Resolution

Please be informed that in Reporter 10.3.x.x till 10.6.2.1, it was possible to set Report date and time format, following the guidance in the Tech. Doc. with the URL below.

With Reporter 11.0.1.1, which doesn't have GUI, this is done differently and from Management Center. Management Center enables you to associate a custom time zone with your user profile. That time zone is then used for all Reporter reports. Each user can set a different time zone without affecting the views of other users. So, this has to be configure, to take effect on the reports. The NTP time isn't referenced.
