We are getting deleted AD groups in the group to account file.
The domain cache file does not remove entries from the mdb files.
Simply remove the mdb files at the following location on each CCS Manager.
<InstallDir>\Symantec\CCS\Reporting and Analytics\DPS\control\Windows\Cache\
Then restart the CCS Manager services.
After the services are restarted, rerun the job again. The data will no longer contain the deleted items in AD.
