Some Contributing Factor Risk fields are read-only

Issue/Introduction
Why are some risk fields (contributing factors) read-only? You cannot edit some Risk fields on the Risk Rating sub-page. These fields appear to be read-only fields.
Example:
In the screenshot below, you see the Risk Factor for 'Resource Availability' cannot be edited.
Resolution
When you create a detailed risk via the Project, Risks/Issues/Changes tab and assign it to a category that appears on the Risk Rating subpage, the field for that category becomes read-only on the Risk subpage. If there are any detailed risks that remain open, that category becomes a calculated value that is calculated from detailed risks assigned to that category.
Example:
When you navigate to the Project, Risks/Issues/Changes tab and expand the Filter Section and filter for the Category = 'Resource Availability'
