unable to load old PRD Reports which were created in Flash version

Issue/Introduction
I have several reports which I created in the old Flash version of Performance Report Designer but these cannot be loaded.
Nothing happens - I can't click Verify or Update Filter and the button to save the filter never lights up.
Environment
Release: 20.4
Component: Operator Console (Dasboard)
Resolution
This should be resolved by applying UIM/OC 20.4 CU8.
