Fast Unload abends with message PFU0202E and VSAM SVC26 and LOCDSN

Issue/Introduction

After applying z/OS maintenance Fast Unload for Db2 for z/OS (PFU) jobs may fail with error PFU0202E message:

PFU0202E - TABLESPACE DATASET: dsname
           FAILED SVC26  -- RTNCODE: 00  RSNCODE: N/A
  
PFU0202E - TABLESPACE DATASET: dsname
           FAILED LOCDSN -- RTNCODE: 10  RSNCODE: N/A

Resolution

Add the MSG-DUMP parameter to the PFU SYSIN or globally to the PFU parmlib member to capture a dump when the error occurs.

A dump shows that our module issues a LOCATE SVC 26 for the Tablespace VSAM dataset and receives return code 246 (x'F6'). 

IBM have PE'd PTFs for OA64141 in which one of the symptoms is a 246 error during locate requests that require an internal redrive.  

OA65114 is the fixing APAR but PTFs are not available yet.   Removing the PTFs for OA64141 is the only remedy at the moment
until ++APARs are available in the next two weeks from IBM.
