Issue/Introduction

In the Project Management domain, projects which do not have EACs (actuals) or ETCs (estimates), are not displayed in the reports.

Resolution

The reason why the projects with zero ETC are not showing is because the query joins to the DWH_INV_ASSIGN_PER_FACTS views.  If there are no ETCs, this table will be blank for that project and will not show in the reporting.
