Issue/Introduction

APMIA Hostmonitor windows process showing old PIDs with metric count 0 and the new PID's are not appearing

Environment

DX APM  23.*, 24.*

Cause

This issue is due to a product limitation.

Enhancement request US902568: APMIA Hostmonitor to support metric aging properly on host monitor process group metrics

has been created for this idea. For an update contact Broadcom Support

 

Resolution

Workaround:

Restarting the APMIA agent would temporarily mitigate the issue
