Blueprint, Rules tab link does not navigate the user to this page

Issue/Introduction

The Link generated for a Saved View inside the Blueprint, Rules tab does not navigate the user to this page. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login as a user with all Blueprint rights
2. Navigate to Administration > Blueprints
3. Create a copy of the Standard Project Blueprint
4. Click on the newly created Blueprint
5. Go to the Rules module
6. Create a private view and copy the link
7. Click on the Project workspace
8. paste the copied link in the URL to navigate to the view inside Blueprint > Rules

Expected Results: The user should be taken to the View for Rules inside the blueprint.

Actual Results: The user is take to blueprint properties and not view for Rules.

PPM 16.1.3

Cause

This is caused by DE71055

Resolution

This will require a design change in blueprint instance as we don't have separate state for each tabs.

We decided to hide the copyView Link feature in blueprint rules and actions as of now until the new feature is worked on and implemented.

In the meantime as of 16.2.0 the copyView Link option has been hidden.
