"Maximum Alarm Count" not updated on Logmon AC GUI

Issue/Introduction

When setting a "Maximum alarm count" in AC GUI for profiles that are "scanmode = updates" the Maximum alarm count is not saved correctly in the probe GUI as it will always show "0". 

Even after editing the IM GUI, which works, the AC will stil show 0. 

WORKAROUND: Use IM, or Edit the profile using Admin Console-> Raw Configure:

 

Environment

• Release: UIM 20.4
• logmon 4.11, 4.20

Cause

• This GUI defect affecting logmon 4.11 and 4.20, only affects Admin Console for 'update mode' types of profiles. 

Resolution

• This new build fixes the issue-> logmon-4.21-T1-20230728.120153-1.zip (which is attached to this KB)
