Edge SWG (ProxySG) does not identify application operation

Issue/Introduction

Edge SWG (ProxySG) has ability to control access to web applications (e.g. Netflix, Snapchat). If administrator would like achieve higher level of control, instead of blocking whole application, you can deny specific operations only (e.g. file download, post messages). In some cases, Edge SWG may not identify operations (e.g. file download) for some web applications (e.g. Facebook)

Environment

• Application Classification is enabled
• VPM rule to control operation for specific application

Cause

Not all combinations of application and operation are supported. For example, "Upload Pictures" operation is supported for Facebook application, but "Download Files" is not.
