Not able to install .Net agent in Linux App in Azure App Service.

Issue/Introduction
We are able to install the extension successfully for Windows App in Azure App Service but not for Linux App in Azure App Service.
Environment
- DX APM 10.8, 2*
Cause
Azure App Service on Linux OS environment is not supported with .NET agent.
Linux based App Services with .NET Core does not support adding the Site Extensions.
