Minimizing Attributes Shown under columns list

Issue/Introduction

I am looking for documentation or best practices for minimizing the number of attributes that show in the columns in the MUX gridview. I thought I could deactivate the ones we don't use but it does not allow me to deactivate OOTB attributes. Is my only option to secure it for others but the admin will always see all of them?

Resolution

When it comes to MUX the only way to ensure users don't see certain attributes would be by using Field Level Security. If you also want Admin not to see them you should leave Edit and View blank just tick the Secure. Doing it this way will not allow anyone including Admin to see those attributes.
