Issue/Introduction

We're getting " failed to load rules" when trying to export report today.  This worked Friday, we did IPL yesterday.

Environment

Release : 14.0

Resolution

We suspect that some facility was not available after the IPL (like the ZFS file system not being properly mounted, as next level support postulated). Once that was corrected, the capability was restored.

The user reporting the problem initially, tried this morning and the rules loaded and the export succeeded. It also worked for another user.
