Permission to change Dashboard View in Classic Clarity

Issue/Introduction

I am not the project manager, but I'm the administrator that need to update the dashborad view attribute for other projects. What permissions are required for update the Dashboard View for project in classic?

Environment

Release : 16.0.3

Resolution

Dashboard View attribute was on secure subpage, so access to that subpage needed to be provided to the user.
