HTTPV2 Job fails with Cookie Error

Issue/Introduction

When running HTTPv2 job or REST jobs, the cookies can be stored on the Manager side using $$WSO_VARIABLES$$.

Some jobs may fail using the cookies with the following error:

"Invalid format, cookie expiration date: Sat Jul 01 00:00:00 SGT 2023".

The above error will be seen if the local OS time zone is set Singapore Time or China or IST (Indian standard time)

Release : 12.3

OS: Any 

Cause

There is a known JRE defect with Singapore time zone.  

Resolution

Change the time zone to UTC +7 or Hong Kong or appropriate UTC +N.
